You will be invited for a programming call where we will get to know each other, discuss your goals in depth. Exciting times ahead!

I am indeed! I have a client number on WhatsApp which I can be easily reached on if you wish to discuss anything. Support is a huge part of my Online Coaching & I want you to feel 100% comfortable.
What is the application process?
After I receive your pre-application form, I will follow it up with a discovery call to understand your goals & ensure we are going to be a great fit. It is just as important to me to ensure I am going to be able to help you smash them & establish Npowerment team is where you’ll want to be.
Are there any commitments?
Npowerment has a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Once your 12 weeks have been completed, you can either decide to go it alone with the knowledge that has been provided to you or if you want to continue, it will move to a month-to-month basis. We will be able to discuss this in your 12-week programming call. There is no rush when it comes to changing not only your physique, but your lifestyle too.
Nicole has helped me so much with regards to nutrition. When she first told me to up my calories I really struggled and found it hard to get my head around mentally. I always thought eating more would make me gain weight. Nicole taught me how ridiculous that is and how I need to eat to fuel my body. I am now eating more than I ever have and feel great for doing this. I am now eating foods I hardly ever touched before such as pasta and potatoes because carbs were bad for you. Now I eat these at least 2x a week and realised how well my body responds to when eating carbs. Nicole has taught me that there are no bad foods but just to make more nutritious choices but also enjoy the foods I like and no feel guilty for eating them. Nicole has really helped overcome some issues I had with dieting and eating healthy. Now I see living myself living healthy lifestyle rather than a diet. I am very grateful for all Nicole has done and what she continues to do for me. I look forward to seeing my body grow and change even more over the next few months.
I’ve been training with Nicole at Npowerment for 6 weeks now and the differences are huge already. I’m 4kg down in weight, I’m stronger and able to lift heavier weights. My fitness has increased which is making just general day to day things easier to complete. Nicole has been a pleasure to work with. Her encouragement has the perfect balance of support but firmness to get you through those last few reps! Nicole tunes my workouts to what works for me and if I struggle with something she knows either how to help or let’s change it up. Nicole is also about holistic care and will always check in with me and see how my mental health is and ask if there is anything she can help with. I have worked with Nicole over the last 8-12 weeks, and she has designed an excellent and tailored personalised programme to fit around my objectives. At all times Nicole has listened carefully to what my aims are and has sought to devise routines which address these needs. In each instance, they have been supported by very helpful video content which make it easy to follow and enable me to produce decent form whilst doing the exercises! In addition, Nicole has continued to check in regularly with me so that she can make further tailored adjustments into these programmes based on how I am reacting to the sessions already delivered. I’ve been training with Nicole for 5 weeks now and I can’t thank her enough!
